Current (private) email address

Registration for the graduation ceremony will be open from 4 April 2025. On this date, you will receive a personal invitation by e-mail (for you and a maximum of two accompanying persons) with a registration link to your private email address you have registered when you enrolled for your study program.

Is your private, registered email address no longer valid or are you not sure? Then please fill in the
following form by 15 March 2025 at the latest, so that you receive the invitation to the graduation ceremony via the correct email address (the corresponding email address must be valid until July
2025). Late registrations for the graduation ceremony are not possible. For questions, please contact: promotionsfeier@oec.uzh.ch

Please note: Your UZH email address will be deactivated after your graduation (unless you are enrolled for further studies). Therefore, we will send the invitation for all graduates to their private email address they have registered when they enrolled for their study program. For technical reasons, you cannot manually change the private email address in the student portal.
