Current private email address

Registration for the graduation ceremony will be open from 2 April 2026. On this date, you will receive a personal invitation by email (for you and a maximum of two accompanying persons) with a registration link, which will sent exclusively to your private email address you have registered when you enrolled for your study program.

Is your private, registered email address no longer valid or are you not sure? Then please fill in the following form by 25 March 2026 at the latest, so that you receive the invitation to the graduation ceremony via the correct email address (the corresponding email address must be valid until July 2026).

Late registrations for the graduation ceremony are not possible.

Please note:
Your UZH email address will be deactivated after your graduation (unless you are enrolled for further studies). Therefore, we will send the invitation for all graduates to their private email address they have registered when they enrolled for their study program. For technical reasons, you cannot manually change the private email address in the student portal.
If your registered private email address is no longer current on 2 April 2026,  but you have not provided a new private email address by 25 March 2026, the invitation sent on 2 April 2026 will still be considered delivered and there is no entitlement to a second delivery, not even to a private email address other than the one on file in the UZH system!
