As of 1 Feburary 2024, we welcome Giorgia Ramponi as tenure-track Assistant Professor of Artificial Intelligence for Cyber-Physical Systems at the Department of Informatics.
Giorgia Ramponi studied Computer Science at la Sapienza in Rome and obtained her Master's degree with 110/110 cum laude in 2017. In 2021, she completed her PhD in Information Technology at Politecnico di Milano. She has been working as a postdoctoral researcher at the AI Center at ETH Zurich since 2021 and is sponsored by Google Brain. Her research is primarily focused on machine learning and mathematical modelling, with a particular emphasis on reinforcement learning and multiagent learning.
